How do I book a slot? +
To book a slot, click on "Book Slot" from the navigation menu or homepage. Select your preferred date and time, then click the "Book" button. You'll receive a confirmation email with your booking details and assigned staff member.
What is the monthly quota system? +
Active license holders receive 2 free slot bookings per month. The quota resets on the 1st of each month. If you need additional slots, you can purchase credit packs from our plans page.
How do credits work? +
Credits are paid bookings that don't expire. You can purchase credit packs and use them anytime. Each credit equals one slot booking. Credits are automatically used when your monthly free quota is exhausted.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking? +
Yes, you can cancel bookings from your dashboard. Please note that cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Free slots will be restored to your monthly quota, and credits will be refunded to your account.
How many slots can I book per day? +
You can book a maximum of 1 slot per day to ensure fair access for all users. Each time slot can accommodate up to 2 bookings simultaneously.
What are the studio timings? +
Our studio operates from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. We're closed on Sundays and public holidays. Bookings are available in 1-hour slots throughout the day.
How long is my license valid? +
Standard licenses are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. You'll continue to receive your monthly quota of 2 free slots throughout the license period. After expiry, you can purchased credits.
Will I receive booking confirmations? +
Yes, you'll receive an email confirmation immediately after booking. The email includes your booking date, time slot, and the name of the staff member assigned to assist you during your session.
What if no staff is available for my preferred slot? +
Our smart staffing system automatically balances workload across available team members. If a specific time slot shows as unavailable, it means all staff are either fully booked or on leave. Please try selecting a different time slot.
How do I check my remaining quota or credits? +
When you visit the booking page, a notification will appear showing your current monthly quota usage (e.g., "Used: 1/2 slots this month") or available credits. You can also view your booking history in your dashboard.
What is the refund policy? +
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
  • Credit Refunds Will be Given if we're unable to provide the service or if you cancel the booking before the session.
  • No Refunds if you booked a slot but not used it.
  • Paid credits cannot be refunded once used.
  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process.
  • NOTE: IF YOUR ISSUE ISN'T SOLVED IT'LL BE ASSIGNED TO DIFFERENT STAFF MEMBER.
